Sfuma AI Cam Terms of Service

2.1.1 You confirm that, when completing the registration process or otherwise using the Product as we permit, you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full civil capacity.

2.1.2 If you are a minor or a person with limited civil capacity, you do not have the capacity above; you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising from any improper registration on your part.

2.2.1 You must register using a mobile phone number and set a username. Your username, avatar, and other registration information must comply with applicable laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the lawful rights and interests of citizens, public order, public morals, and similar standards.

2.2.2 You must accurately provide and promptly update your account information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations or as prompted on the relevant pages.

The Product offers you the following services:

• AI-powered image processing and enhancement
• Intelligent scene recognition and beautification
• AI artistic style transfer
• Other features related to image processing

Basic features of the Product are provided to you free of charge; certain advanced features and services may require payment. Paid content includes, but is not limited to:

• Premium filters and effects
• Advanced AI processing features
• Watermark-free export
• Other value-added services

4.3.1 The specific price of any paid item is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

4.3.2 You understand and agree that you should carefully review product information, prices, and applicable conditions before purchasing. Once a purchase is successful, you are deemed to have accepted the relevant pricing and rules.

If you have purchased an auto-renewing service:

• The system will automatically charge your payment account for the next service period as the current period is about to expire
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time within the app
• After cancellation, you may continue to use the service through the end of the current period; no further auto-renewal will occur thereafter

5.1.1 The copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the Product, together with all related information and content (including but not limited to text, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface design, layout, data, printed materials, and electronic documents), are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and applicable international treaties. Except for software or technology licensed by third parties, all such intellectual property rights belong to us.

5.2.1 You retain the intellectual property rights to original content you upload through the Product. You warrant that you have the lawful intellectual property rights or the right to use any content you upload.

5.2.2 For content generated using the AI features of the Product, ownership of intellectual property rights shall be determined in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services and other applicable laws and regulations. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and create derivative works based on such content.

We reserve the right to modify or change the services we offer at any time. We will notify you of changes through in-app notifications, announcements, or similar means.

We may suspend or terminate the services provided to you under any of the following circumstances:

• You breach these Terms or applicable laws and regulations
• Required by laws, regulations, or competent authorities
• Suspension or termination is necessary for security, technical, or other reasonable reasons
• Your account has not logged in for more than 365 days

You can request to deactivate your account via "Settings - Deactivate Account".

Before deactivating your account, please be aware:

• After deactivation, you will no longer be able to use the account or related services
• After deactivation, your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the Privacy Policy
• Deactivation is irreversible. Please proceed with caution

The conclusion, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Minors, the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace, and other applicable laws and regulations:

• Minors under the age of 14 are prohibited from registering an account
• Minors aged 14 or above must obtain guardian consent to register and use the Product
• Minors should use the Product under the supervision and guidance of their guardian

We adopt the following measures to protect minors:

• Identify minors during real-name verification
• Apply time-period management to accounts identified as belonging to minors
• Apply special content restrictions for minors
• Promptly handle accounts identified as having been mistakenly registered by minors

The Product may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party services are operated and maintained by the relevant third parties
• Use of third-party services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party services

We may use third-party SDKs to provide certain features, including but not limited to:

• Real-name verification services
• Payment services
• Push notification services
• Statistics and analytics services

We may send you notices through any of the following means:

• In-app push notifications
• SMS
• Email
• Announcements published on our official website or within the app

Notices sent through the means above are deemed delivered upon successful transmission. You should review such notices promptly and take the actions required.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The Chinese version of these Terms is the official version. Versions in other languages are provided for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
